Policies

Cancellation:

• If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
• If cancelled or modified later, 50 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged.
• In case of no-show, the total price will be charged.
• In case of non refundable option if cancelled, modified or no-show, 100 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Prepayment:  The total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of booking.

Check in:  From 14:00 hours
Check out:  Until 12:00 hours

Children and extra beds:

• Children of any age are welcome.
• Children aged 6 years and above are considered adults at this property.
• Free! One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a child’s cot/crib (upon request).
• Child under 3 years old can stay free of charge in a child’s cot/crib (upon request) or we can provide extra bed for extra 15€ charge per child/per night (upon request).
• Child 4+ can stay in extra bed for extra 15€ charge per child/per night (upon request).
• Any type of extra bed or child’s cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.

Pets:  Pets are not allowed.
